S. Peace Nistades’ (Sornsanti Nivasanont) memorial piece for HRH Princess Galyani Vadhana of Thailand ‘IN MEMORIAM’ has been featured among nine memorial pieces by seven of Thailand’s most prominent composers in a memorial CD project entitled: PRAKOMPLENG PRALENG TAWAI. Recently, on November 6, 2008, the Chulalongkorn University Symphony Orchestra and Choir performed all nine pieces in a memorial concert conducted by Nora-ath Chanklum. The concert was held at the Main Hall of the Thailand Cultural Center, Bangkok, Thailand and was presided over by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
S. Peace took a three-week trip to Thailand to oversee the rehearsals, conduct various interviews both on national TV and radio and was there to present his piece at the concert. After great success with the concert, Peace is back in LA finishing up the final touches to the official trailer for BØRRE, a Norwegian psychological thriller for producer Kim Dillevig-Aas. The trailer will be released later on this year.
